Operations Manager – Sales Leadership

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the REPH Coplogic Sales organization, driving revenue, pipeline health and operational excellence. This role serves as the primary liaison between sales teams, on‑shore leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, coaching and development to frontline supervisors and team leads, establishing performance objectives and operating rhythms.
• Own overall sales performance, managing revenue, agency conversion, productivity and pipeline targets through dashboards and business reviews.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, ensure Salesforce data integrity and deliver accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives, process documentation and adoption of sales tools and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention to sustain staffing readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• Minimum five years of sales experience with people‑leadership responsibility, preferably in remote or multi‑team environments.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
