Senior Business Development Manager – APAC

About the role

BETER, an international B2B group specializing in fast sports and esports tournaments, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the APAC region. You will own the end‑to‑end pipeline, work in both regulated and grey markets, and support the on‑ground Asia team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the APAC outbound pipeline from start to finish.
• Create new deals, leads and opportunities across Southeast Asia, India, the Philippines and the wider region.
• Run regional market and competitor research.
• Sell into both regulated and grey APAC markets.
• Support the Asia team and represent BETER's esports, sports data and odds feed products.
• Maintain disciplined CRM usage and hit agreed pipeline targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B iGaming sales, preferably with sportsbook or data‑feed providers.
• APAC market experience with a strong regional operator network.
• Clear understanding of Asian markets, esports betting, and navigating regulated vs grey markets.
• Experience owning a pipeline end‑to‑end.
• Fluent English.
