• Present curated cruise options with clarity, explaining itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions.
• Build immediate rapport and trust with high‑net‑worth clients, delivering professional and personalized service.
• Navigate multi‑week nurture cycles, managing follow‑ups strategically until conversion.
• Convert assigned leads into successful bookings within defined timelines.
• Handle objections gracefully, clarify client concerns, and guide them toward informed decisions.
