Telesales Officer

About the role

The Telesales Officer will promote Union Bank’s financial products and services through outbound and inbound phone contacts. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers via telephone to present the bank’s product offerings, including cards and loan products.
• Achieve monthly productivity and sales targets through effective tele‑calling and cross‑selling.
• Provide tailored financial solutions that meet customers’ needs and enhance their engagement with the bank.
• Conduct inbound and outbound non‑face‑to‑face sales activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions and report any control issues transparently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions to improve customer satisfaction.
