Language Resource – Japanese (N2)

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a Japanese Language Resource to support end‑to‑end business processes. You will use your Japanese proficiency to ensure accurate communication, high‑quality service delivery, and operational excellence across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver function KPIs and SLAs by applying Japanese language expertise.
• Serve as the language expert for accurate, professional communication with stakeholders.
• Execute daily operational activities for assigned processes and scope.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and process standardisation.
• Monitor service‑quality KPIs and present insights during Daily Operations Reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Japanese (business level) with N2 or N3 certification, or native‑level proficiency.
• At least 1 + year of experience in any industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or MS Office applications.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules based on business needs.
