Japanese Language Resource Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Japanese Language Resource, supporting end‑to‑end services by delivering KPIs and SLAs in Japanese. You will act as the language expert, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards and contributing to continuous improvement across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned E2E service KPIs and SLAs using Japanese language expertise.
• Execute daily activities, PDP plans, and internal controls accurately and on time.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and standardize processes across markets.
• Analyze service quality KPIs and present findings during DORs.

Required profile

• Effective communication in English and Japanese (preferably JLPT N3).
• At least 1 year of experience in any industry.
• Willingness to adjust shift schedule as required.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
