Language Resource - JP (Pooling)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s operational services team to support end‑to‑end (E2E) services using Japanese language expertise. You will ensure KPI and SLA delivery while contributing to continuous improvement across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the assigned E2E service by delivering KPI and SLA using Japanese.
• Serve as a language expert and execute daily activities per the E2E assignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and standardize processes across markets.
• Execute business and internal controls and implement the PDP plan with the line manager.
• Analyze service quality KPIs and present findings during DORs.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards in all activities.

Required profile

• Effective communication in English and Japanese in a business setting (JLPT N1/N2/N3 or native speaker).
• At least 1 year of experience in any field or industry.
• Willingness to adjust shift schedule as required by the business.
