Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC)

About the role

SuperStaff is looking for a strategic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across its organization in APAC. The role acts as both a talent advisor and a brand ambassador, helping attract and secure talent that fits the company's culture and business goals. The position is onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati, on day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment (70%): manage end-to-end hiring from intake meeting to offer, reference checking and onboarding; source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, niche job boards and referrals; run screening calls and interviews; write and present job descriptions and promotional materials; coordinate interviews and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Candidate and stakeholder management (20%): build a pipeline of qualified candidates, act as the main point of contact for candidates, and partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role requirements.
• Strategy and analytics (10%): use an ATS such as Greenhouse to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health, analyze time-to-fill, source of hire and cost-per-hire, and report on hiring progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or similar role with a track record of full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media search techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with English proficiency.
• Strong organization and time management, able to handle several open roles at once.
• Nice to have: experience recruiting for teaching or education roles, familiarity with social media recruiting, and an understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment.
