Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Compensation Analyst joins the Survey Operations team to support Community™ Market surveys across developing countries. Working from the Operations Center in Manila, you will help sustain and expand the data‑driven compensation and benefits products offered by Birches Group.

Key responsibilities

• Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries, creating diagnostics to support Community™ products.
• Inform management of survey‑process issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Explain participation and data‑collection procedures to ensure efficient survey execution.
• Present survey results to clients, linking Community™ Jobs and Community™ Market to other components.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules, maintaining timely delivery.
• Maintain consistent quality of survey data and review work of junior analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to learn and work independently.
• Comfortable in an informal environment with high freedom and responsibility.
