Supply Chain Ramp‑up & Transfer Specialist

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Supply Chain Ramp‑up and Transfer Specialist to lead multidisciplinary ramp‑up and product transfer projects. Reporting to the Ramp Up Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning, you will ensure milestones are met on time and that delivery capabilities align with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ramp‑up scenarios with Project or NPI Managers and monitor execution.
• Support new product introduction, ramp‑up, and transfer initiatives.
• Define transfer timelines, drive execution, track progress, and ensure milestone achievement.
• Identify deviations, highlight risks, evaluate trade‑offs, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Represent Supply Chain Management in product change projects and define related activities.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Marketing, Product Management, Quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Optimize demand and supply plans, maintain inventory transparency, and manage allocation decisions during bottlenecks.
• Increase efficiency by evaluating standardization and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand & supply planning, inventory management, and end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with project management practices.
• Experience with new product introduction, ramp‑up/transfer projects, or change management is a plus.
• Background in global semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
