Experienced Freight Dispatcher – Remote (Philippines) for US Logistics

About the role

We are expanding our U.S. logistics dispatch team and need experienced freight dispatchers based in the Philippines. You will work remotely, handling loads for U.S.-based owner‑operators and small fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Book profitable loads for dry van, reefer, flatbed and step‑deck trucks.
• Manage end‑to‑end dispatching: load search, rate negotiation, booking, paperwork, check calls and delivery follow‑up.
• Communicate directly with brokers, shippers and drivers via phone, email and load boards.
• Maintain detailed logs of loads, daily activities and driver hours to ensure DOT compliance.
• Oversee multiple trucks while preserving strong driver relationships.
• Work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred).

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year (2+ years preferred) experience dispatching U.S. trucks.
• Proficiency with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay and 123Loadboard.
• Strong negotiation abilities and broker relationship building.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Reliable, organized, self‑motivated with a stable internet connection, headset and quiet workspace.
• Familiarity with U.S. geography, trucking routes and freight types.
