About the role
We are looking for experienced freight dispatchers who can also recruit and manage Owner‑Operators for U.S.-based trucking companies. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to handle high‑volume loads while building strong relationships with drivers and brokers.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads, communicate with brokers, and manage driver schedules.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Owner‑Operators.
- Handle multiple loads simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in freight dispatching.
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with logistics software.
- Experience using ELD systems.
- Familiarity with load boards.
