Experienced Freight Dispatcher – Remote (Philippines) for US Company

About the role

We are expanding our U.S. freight dispatch team and need experienced dispatchers based in the Philippines. You will book and manage loads for U.S.-based owner‑operators and small fleets, working U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Search, negotiate and book profitable loads across dry van, reefer, flatbed and step‑deck equipment.
• Handle end‑to‑end dispatch tasks: paperwork, check‑calls, delivery follow‑up and driver compliance with DOT regulations.
• Communicate daily with brokers, shippers and drivers via phone, email and load boards.
• Maintain accurate logs of loads, hours and daily activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience dispatching U.S. trucks (2+ years preferred).
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently with a stable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with load board platforms such as DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay and 123Loadboard.
• Negotiation ability and relationship building with brokers.
