Sub‑Contract Management Supervisor

About the role

The Sub‑Contract Management Supervisor will lead the procurement and installation coordination of glass, aluminum doors, windows, and other construction materials. This role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, timely delivery, and quality compliance for multiple projects based in Quezon City.

Key responsibilities

• Source competitive quotations from reputable local and international suppliers.
• Review project schedules, technical requirements, and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, prepare cost estimates for materials and labor, and recommend options to management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost efficiency and quality assurance.
• Process purchase orders, facilitate payments, and coordinate customs clearance and logistics.
• Monitor fabrication progress, oversee shipment, and verify delivery quantity, quality, and compliance on site.
• Address after‑sales concerns, warranty issues, and product support.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and award labor contracts for installation works.
• Monitor installation progress to ensure workmanship quality, safety standards, and adherence to timelines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in construction procurement or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a valid professional license.
• Strong academic performance; no failing grades preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work from the Quezon City head office and visit project sites as needed.
