About the role

Join Emma – The Sleep Company as a Strategy & Special Projects Manager to drive the growth of our e‑commerce business in Australia. You will own the webshop platform, improve performance metrics, and shape the customer journey from browsing to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Emma’s e‑commerce operations across Australia.
• Own and optimise the online shop platform, focusing on conversion, traffic and user experience.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase top‑line and bottom‑line revenue.
• Execute cross‑functional projects, from data analysis to operational implementation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with country objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, special projects or business administration.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
