About the role
SEAOIL is seeking a motivated Station Head to oversee the daily operations of its San Andres fuel station in Manila. This entry‑level management position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in the retail fuel industry.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the station complies with SEAOIL’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash handling, inventory control, and transaction processing.
- Monitor and report the station’s performance metrics accurately and on time.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate station personnel to maintain high service quality.
- Perform additional tasks necessary for smooth station operations.
Required profile
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Willingness to work at a SEAOIL gas station in Manila.
- Availability to work weekends, with a half‑day shift on Saturdays.
- Commitment to uphold company standards and safety protocols.
