About the role
UnionBank is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to execute on‑ground sales through booth activations nationwide. The role focuses on promoting UnionBank’s products, delivering strong customer experiences, and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage UnionBank booth activations across assigned locations (e.g., malls, events, corporate partners, and affiliates) to support sales initiatives.
- Actively promote and sell the Bank’s products and services to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the field.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge.
- Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities.
- Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image.
