Social Media Growth Manager – Organic Audience Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Growth Manager to own and scale the organic presence of two UAE brands – Oxford Management Consultancy and RHK Properties. You will turn existing creative assets into measurable audience growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter and YouTube.
• Manage the content calendar, define topics, formats, hooks, CTAs and repurposing plans.
• Direct graphic designers and video editors, ensuring creative output aligns with growth objectives.
• Build and nurture active communities by responding to comments, DMs and engaging with industry accounts.
• Conduct competitor, trend and news monitoring to seize timely content opportunities.
• Analyse performance data and produce growth reports that go beyond screenshots.

Required profile

• Hands‑on ownership mindset – you identify and act on growth opportunities without waiting for instructions.
• Strong analytical curiosity – constantly ask why posts succeed or fail and iterate accordingly.
• Experience managing multi‑platform organic strategies for B2B and real‑estate brands.
