Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our construction sites. You will ensure that all activities comply with safety regulations and building codes while supporting project managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate work schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project managers and clients.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting and prolonged standing.
