About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer specialized in piling to supervise and ensure the quality of bored pile works on the MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will coordinate closely with client and engineer representatives while managing subcontractor activities across day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all piling activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved method statements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance during both day and night shifts.
- Coordinate communication between the client/engineer representatives and the on‑site team.
Required profile
- Graduate of Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in piling or deep foundation works.
- Strong knowledge of bored pile construction processes.
- Proven experience supervising subcontractors on site.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation management.
- Ability to work day or night shifts as required.
