Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Service Officer to support the Service Manager in daily branch operations at our Ayala Vicente Madrigal location. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in overseeing vault and ATM cash levels, vault operations and teller functions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory and internal policies across the Business Center.
• Execute service initiatives aimed at increasing deposits, fees and revenue from bank products, including cross‑selling referrals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent errors, reputational damage or financial loss.
• Maintain productivity and administrative standards within established guidelines, budgets and limits.
• Coach and mentor Service Associates to ensure proper training and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Service Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Sales or marketing experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
