Payroll Specialist – Asia (Multi‑Country)

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Payroll Specialist for the Asia region, managing payroll operations across multiple Asian countries. You will ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing for a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and consolidate multi‑country payroll inputs, ensuring timely employee compensation.
• Manage payroll changes, shadow payroll, and relationships with external payroll vendors.
• Establish internal controls, track company loans, and maintain audit trails.
• Generate payroll reports, support statutory audits, and handle payslip generation via Workday.
• Document payroll processes and ensure strict confidentiality of payroll data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end payroll experience.
• Payroll experience in at least three Asian countries (Philippines, Singapore, and another).
• Experience working with external payroll vendors in those territories.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, payroll accounting principles, and medium‑size payroll volumes (150‑400 employees).
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Workday payroll system.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
