About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our fine‑dining outlet at Raffles Makati. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests while upholding the hotel’s renowned standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and workstations.
- Take beverage and food orders accurately according to service standards.
- Organise outlet reservations and ensure efficient service flow.
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Hospitality management degree or related field (asset).
- Minimum of one year experience in fine‑dining hospitality or luxury hotel service.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation software.
