Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

The Senior SEO Specialist will lead our content strategy, optimizing pages daily to boost online visibility and drive traffic. Strong writing and technical SEO expertise are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service pages for on‑page SEO.
• Create scalable SEO content plans while ensuring unique, useful page structures.
• Write and optimize human‑first content that also supports AI search visibility.
• Identify and fix keyword cannibalization, duplicate or outdated content, and weak internal linking.
• Build and execute backlink strategies to improve rankings.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes and SEO‑friendly architecture.
• Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawlability, indexing, core web vitals, and site structure.

Required profile

• 4+ years of SEO experience, including at least 1 year in‑house or agency.
• Strong writing and editing skills for a U.S. audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with staffing companies, talent marketplaces, e‑commerce or platform‑style sites is preferred.
