Senior Recruitment Specialist – Philippines

About the role

Haskoning is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join its Makati head office. You will lead talent acquisition for critical roles in the Philippines and Australia, ensuring the business has the right professionals to drive its ambitious projects.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize workforce planning with sector directors to identify talent needs.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, networking events and creative campaigns.
• Develop and execute screening strategies together with global recruitment marketers.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to select the best candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the global team to define Total Rewards packages.
• Support managers in delivering talent management programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to work with sector leaders and understand business talent requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain talent pipelines.
• Willingness to recruit for positions in both the Philippines and Australia.
