Senior Recruitment Specialist – Philippines & Australia

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist based in Makati City, you will lead talent acquisition for Haskoning across the Philippines and Australia. You will partner with sector directors and the global talent team to attract, assess and hire top professionals who will drive our engineering and consultancy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize workforce planning with sector directors to identify talent needs.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, networking events and creative campaigns.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to select the best fit for each role.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the global team to define total rewards packages.
• Support managers in developing talent management programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in the Philippines and Australia.
• Strong ability to develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for attracting top talent and delivering a great candidate experience.
