Senior HR Generalist – People Operations (Manila)

About the role

The Senior HR Generalist will own the end‑to‑end people operations for counseluniverse across EMEA, APAC and the US. You will shape a seamless employment experience, drive compliance, and partner with leaders to attract and retain top talent in a fast‑moving legal‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews for technical and senior roles across multiple time zones, managing complex schedules.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, delivering best‑in‑class onboarding, compensation, benefits and payroll processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding growth, development and performance.
• Maintain operational compliance with labour laws (DBS, GDPR, right‑to‑work), conduct audits and implement policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR/People Operations experience, including senior or leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of compliance legislation such as GDPR and right‑to‑work requirements.
• Proven ability to thrive in intense startup/scale‑up environments and drive initiatives independently.
