Senior HR Generalist – People Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to lead people operations across EMEA, APAC, and the US. In this people‑focused role you will create a seamless employment experience, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with legislation across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end coordination of interviews for technical and senior roles, managing complex schedules across time zones.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, delivering best‑in‑class onboarding and continuously improving hiring practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting growth, development, and performance.
• Champion employee experience and culture, ensuring workplace systems enable high performance.
• Lead internal change initiatives, including new systems, policies, and organization‑wide programs, with strong communication and adoption tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a multi‑regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and best practices across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems in real time, and influence cross‑functional teams.
