Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst is a key member of the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) FP&A team at Regal Rexnord. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting and analysis, leveraging data and analytics to support business decisions. It operates in a hybrid work model with a schedule aligned to Philippine time.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and analyze large data sets to translate insights into business decisions.
• Provide variance analysis, forecasting, reporting and project support to senior management.
• Produce monthly reports including key metrics, financial results and variance analysis.
• Consolidate plant‑level data for score‑carding and support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Identify P&L and working capital trends, communicate risks and opportunities, and recommend action plans.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 10 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic cross‑functional team environment.
• Experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting processes.
• Global manufacturing experience preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience with OneStream or similar consolidation and reporting platforms.
