Senior Associate, People Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate for its People Advisory Services practice. You will supervise project teams, support managers, and deliver high‑impact HR solutions to clients across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise team members in executing projects using defined methodologies.
• Assist managers with project planning and actively participate in client meetings.
• Gather and analyse organisational data through interviews, walkthroughs and workshops.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and compile relevant information to formulate recommendations.
• Support the design, facilitation and documentation of workshops and interactive sessions.
• Utilise tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, OneNote and SharePoint.
• Maintain proactive communication with team leads, managers and client counterparts.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues collaboratively.
• Participate in learning, development and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA preferred).
• Minimum four years of professional experience in Total Rewards, Compensation or Benefits.
• Professional attitude, strong learning mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and adaptability to varied corporate cultures.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours and travel to client sites within or beyond Metro Manila.
• Interest in a long‑term career in People Advisory.
