Senior Associate Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Accountant to support financial reporting, analysis and month‑end close activities. The role works closely with Finance, FP&A, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and analysis of financial results, management, compliance reports and operational dashboards.
• Coordinate data collection, validation and analysis across Finance, FP&A and Operations for consolidated reports.
• Assist month‑end, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring timelines and reporting requirements are met.
• Maintain organized documentation for audit readiness and assist with audit data requests.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis, reports and finance‑related support, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Project Accounting, Financial Reporting or General Accounting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet competing deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting software (e.g., SAP/S4 Hana, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
