Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will support the monthly accounting close and consolidation process, working closely with Segment Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Legal and HR teams. This full‑time hybrid role requires on‑site presence at the Regal Rexnord location with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Own final consolidation and intercompany elimination, OneStream loads and mapping.
• Handle treasury accounting including debt, interest, hedging, cash reconciliations and dividends.
• Support US ledger accounting and shared accounting for regional businesses.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement analytics and assist with month‑end close activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of the close process through technology, SOPs and automation.
• Maintain internal controls, support SOX compliance and assist with SEC reporting as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience in a shared services, manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance and internal controls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP/Oracle ERP and OneStream.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with treasury accounting, consolidations and intercompany processes.
