SAP ABAP Manager – Acceleration Center Manila

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Manila as a SAP ABAP Manager. You will lead the delivery of SAP solutions for a diverse client portfolio, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic objectives across finance technology and core ERP practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimise client operations.
• Analyse client requirements and design tailored SAP solutions.
• Oversee installation, configuration and administration of SAP products.
• Guide development teams to deliver SAP‑based projects on time and within budget.
• Provide training and support for seamless client adoption of SAP applications.
• Promote innovative SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Validate data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks.
• Address and resolve conflicts with clients and team members, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of managing complex SAP projects from planning to delivery.
• Commitment to quality, integrity and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver.
