Sales Specialist – Inbound Sales

About the role

WindshieldHUB is seeking a remote Inbound Sales Specialist to join its fast‑growing nationwide auto‑glass team. You will handle incoming customer calls, guide them through the booking process, and convert interest into confirmed service appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking auto‑glass services.
• Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through strong sales execution.
• Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence.
• Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details.
• Clearly explain services, availability, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow company standards, sales processes, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably phone or inbound sales.
• Proven strong closing skills and ability to handle live customer objections.
• Experience handling U.S. based accounts.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up.
