Sales Operations Associate

About the role

ISS STOXX is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support its Sales Teams and ensure the smooth routing of leads and data integrity. The role covers sales support, quality control, renewal monitoring, reporting and project participation, and is based in Makati City.

Key responsibilities

• Sales support: assist Sales Teams in preparing and booking license agreements in Salesforce, managing the full opportunity lifecycle including entry, modifications and cancellations.
• Quality control: act as the point of control to ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce according to signed contracts.
• Renewal monitoring: track overdue renewals, remind Sales Teams to update pending renewal statuses and assess business risk exposure.
• System enhancement: work with the Salesforce Development Team to recommend improvements and identify existing issues.
• Reporting: prepare monthly sales reports and ad hoc reports to support business insights.
• Project participation: take part in finance organization projects to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, highly organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, highly motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
