Partnership Distribution Senior Sales Officer

About the role

Manulife is hiring a Partnership Distribution Senior Sales Officer in Makati City. The Insurance Sales Officer reports directly to Manulife Alternative Distribution and pursues targets agreed between Manulife and the Alternative Distribution sales channel. The role carries variable pay under the approved mechanics and involves driving and closing sales for Alternative Distribution partners while building strong business relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the required APE targets monthly, quarterly and for the full year.
• Conduct Manulife product presentations for business partners and their clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth, retail and employee customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention and addressing their queries and concerns.
• Oversee administrative and servicing tasks to ensure customer fulfilment.
• Plan and execute tailored sales strategies for each customer type (high net worth, retail, employees).

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance sales or alternative distribution.
• Active life insurance licence; VUL licence is an advantage.
• Strong background in insurance and wealth sales; a Bachelor's degree is not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance and wealth sales.
• Experience selling directly to clients and hands-on sales experience.
• Understanding of product marketing and efficient presentation.
• Preferred: aptitude for attractive presentations, fast learner, self-motivated and results-driven.
