VP of Agency Strategy and Transformation

About the role

Prudential is looking for a VP of Agency Strategy and Transformation in Metro Manila. The role develops, communicates, executes and sustains strategic initiatives that strengthen the company's sales and distribution channels, working closely with the Chief Agency Officer, sales leadership and senior management to drive growth and meet financial and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise and expand sales and distribution channels, and identify new market opportunities and innovative distribution methods.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and market penetration, and monitor transformation initiatives in the division.
• Analyse competitors and market trends, evaluate current sales strategies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the CAO and sales leadership, guide sales managers, and foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation.
• Work with Finance to ensure sales initiatives are financially viable, manage budgets for strategic sales projects and monitor sales performance against targets.
• Drive innovation and change management so the sales and distribution teams stay agile.
• Engage brokers, agents and distribution partners, communicate the division's strategy, and represent the company at industry events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and familiarity with Pru Life UK Compliance Standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry, especially sales and distribution channels.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior sales or distribution role within the life insurance industry.
