Sales and Marketing Officer (Auto Financing)

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will drive the promotion and distribution of our auto financing solutions for used‑car buyers. Working closely with dealers and sales agents, you will act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through the loan journey from inquiry to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sales agents and other partners.
• Promote financing products and services tailored to car buyers.
• Provide clients with clear information on loan terms, interest rates and documentation requirements.
• Receive, review and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct preliminary credit screening in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with credit evaluation and risk teams to secure approvals.
• Guide clients through each stage of the loan process, from application to disbursement.
• Address inquiries, concerns or disputes related to used‑car financing.
• Ensure all documents comply with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals and disbursements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in auto loan financing, preferably in used‑car loans or banking.
• Familiarity with credit processes and financial products.
• Sales‑driven, customer‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with loan processing software (advantageous).
