About the role
AIA is looking for a Life Planner to join its Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team. You will drive agency recruitment, development and performance to help more people live healthier, longer, better lives.
Key responsibilities
- Work with agency channel management on recruitment drives and network development.
- Handle selection, interviewing, compensation package design and onboarding for agents.
- Develop, implement and maintain an agency performance evaluation system.
- Collaborate with channel management and training teams to establish and manage an agency development framework.
Required profile
- Experience in agency recruitment, selection and onboarding.
- Ability to design compensation packages and performance evaluation systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with channel management and training functions.
