About the role
The Resource Admin Assistant supports organizational efficiency by monitoring workforce activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and generating insightful reports. This position works closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable data for decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Track employee presence in the office, field, or leave status to keep workforce records up to date.
- Prepare and review utilization and manpower reports to aid resource planning.
- Administer and update system records, ensuring employee information is accurate and processes run smoothly.
- Generate and analyze workforce‑related reports, providing insights for management.
- Maintain organized records and supply accurate documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
