About the role

Solar Max is seeking an energetic, English‑speaking Appointment Setter to work remotely from the Philippines. You will contact homeowners, qualify their interest in residential solar solutions, and schedule appointments for U.S. sales consultants. This is a long‑term, performance‑driven position with opportunities for advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Call homeowners from the company’s database and internet leads.
• Follow up on previous inquiries via phone, text, or email.
• Qualify prospects using a provided script.
• Schedule appointments directly into the CRM system.
• Record accurate notes after each conversation.
• Collaborate with the U.S. sales team to improve appointment quality.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Minimum 1 year of outbound calling or appointment‑setting experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet home office, USB headset and webcam.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
