Recruitment Partner

About the role

As a Recruitment Partner for H&M, you will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for the SEA Sales Market, covering Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Vietnam. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to align expectations, communicate progress and provide advisory support.
• Develop proactive attraction strategies, build talent pipelines and promote H&M’s EVP.
• Coordinate competence assessments, business interviews and advise on hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with People Lifecycle, People Specialist Partnering and Business Functions to implement process improvements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, link strategy to the Recruitment Leads roadmap and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and advisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
