Recruitment Intern (Immediate Hire) – Fully Remote

About the role

CoverGo is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support its HR team. This remote position offers a student or recent graduate the chance to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement within a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide general HR support as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive attitude, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Based in the Philippines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
