Recruitment & Growth Lead – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

RunRemote is seeking a dynamic Recruitment & Growth Lead to launch and scale its South African operations. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process while driving new business across the UK and Europe, all from a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the UK and Europe through outbound prospecting (cold calls, LinkedIn, email).
• Conduct discovery calls, build long‑term client relationships, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
• Source, headhunt, screen, and interview South African candidates across multiple industries.
• Maintain talent pipelines, negotiate offers, and oversee placement completion.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing and outreach efficiency.
• Create LinkedIn or social media content to boost brand awareness (preferred).
• Lead market expansion as the primary point of contact for South African growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience with full‑cycle responsibility.
• Proven business development or B2B sales track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting.
• Strong network of South African talent across various sectors.
