About the role

The Talent & Capability Training and Quality Analyst II leads process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, Power BI, and AI tools to simplify HR operations and enhance team capability.

Key responsibilities

Continuously review and improve existing HR processes using automation, Power BI, approved AI tools, and Codex.
Develop and recommend solutions that reduce manual effort, improve handling time, and deliver measurable cost or time savings.
Partner with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, maintaining timelines, action trackers, and risk documentation.
Support quality reviews, DSAT analysis, and deliver training and knowledge sharing to the team.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree and practical experience in process improvement, project coordination, training, or HR operations.
Strong planning, organization, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

Automation concepts and tools.
Power BI.
Approved AI tools, including Codex.
