Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place remote talent for U.S.-based clients. You will act as the bridge between growing companies and skilled professionals, ensuring each hire aligns with client needs and candidate career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools and keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and flag any delays or blockers.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.
• Stay informed on global hiring trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with a proven ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes.
• Familiarity with creative sourcing strategies, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional conversations with candidates and teammates.
