About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In‑House Recruiter to source, screen, and place remote talent for U.S.‑based clients. You will work from home, partnering with hiring managers to build high‑performing global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools and keep hiring processes on track.
• Communicate status updates to internal teams and flag any delays.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a recruiter with a proven ability to assess candidates beyond their CVs.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional conversations.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and other social recruiting platforms.
