Quality Systems Improvement Staff

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Systems Improvement Staff member to join First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations while driving continuous improvement across our electronics manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all activities, procedures, and processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 22301, and customer‑specific specifications.
• Support and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other proven methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements, corrective actions, and risk‑mitigation measures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of all improvement projects and validate their effectiveness on manufacturing lines or departments.
• Prepare reports, communicate findings, and ensure proper records management and data gathering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (minimum two years of college completed).
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing improvement within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, with excellent conflict and time‑management skills.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to changing priorities and work both independently and within teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 22301 standards.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Documentation management and records management.
• Risk management and compliance reporting.
