Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly adaptable Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced, complex environments and can turn strategy into execution. You will lead end‑to‑end implementations of business‑critical initiatives across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success measures aligned with business strategy.
• Identify and address gaps, risks, or misalignments that could impact outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Lead project execution from initiation through closeout, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams including Real Estate, Training, Human Capital, Technology, Telecommunications, and Operations.
• Maintain key documentation such as charters, schedules, issue logs, lessons learned, FMEA, control plans, and closeout reports.
• Build high‑performing project teams by defining roles, responsibilities, and required skill sets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues through effective escalation.
• Communicate status, milestones, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or graduate degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of cross‑functional experience in the services industry, preferably with leading organizations.
• 3+ years leading strategic project and program implementations.
• 3+ years U.S. healthcare experience or 2+ years Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Proven success managing large‑scale projects, including at least one non‑IS business function implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
