Project Site Nurse – Construction Health & Safety

About the role

The Project Site Nurse ensures the health and safety of all workers on a construction or industrial site. You will provide immediate first‑aid, medical treatment, and support emergency preparedness while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety of site personnel, delivering first‑aid and medical care as needed.
• Conduct health screenings, manage medical supplies, and keep accurate health records.
• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and response.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations specific to construction/industrial settings.
• Collaborate with site managers, workers, and external healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Nurse license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Additional certifications in first aid, CPR, or occupational health preferred.
• Experience in emergency nursing, occupational health, or field healthcare, especially in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to stay calm, act quickly in emergencies, and work both independently and as part of a team.
